– This service includes warranty on devices, wiring inside and out, technical service, 24/7 customer service, technical visits by appointment all under Starlink/Mastergroup.
– Cancellations only by email with 30 days in advance and you must have at least 6 months of service with our company for the discounts on this invoice to be applied.
– An amount of $100 for cancellation of the service will be charged, and any rented or leased devices will be withdrawn.
– Residential service is not offered for the Starlink mini, only unlimited roaming is offered.
